Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of your session will result in being charged the full session fee, of $199.
If you need to make a change, please call or text Morgan at (414) 779-0321. Thank you for respecting this policy so I can best serve all clients.
The 24-hour cancellation policy is in place to respect everyone’s time — including yours, mine, and other clients waiting for appointments.
This policy is:
• In place to ensure I am fairly compensated for my time
• Important because I do not get paid hourly or a salary, and missed appointments cannot be filled last-minute
• A way to ensure there is enough time to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an opening
I understand that things come up, and try to be as understanding as possible. However, enforcing this policy helps keep my business running smoothly and fairly for everyone involved.
Morgan offers a variety of package options to fit your budget and meet your needs. By offering both virtual online and in-person hypnotherapy, you receive professional, high-quality, and secure services at affordable, and accessible rates. Please note that there is a $50 fee added to in-person visits to cover the office rental. You may opt to pay via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check by discussing the payment with Morgan directly, via morgan@morganhypnotherapy.com or 414-779-0321. In order to secure and confirm your appointment time slot, sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
